EMPLOYEE WELFARE & CSR

Here at ICC, we pride ourselves on giving back to the community. Our strong sense of duty begins with the welfare of our very own, and carries forward to developing, aiding and assisting our fellow citizens.

Welfare

Needless to say, our employees are the foundation of our success and the reason that ICC has continued to steadily climb to the pinnacle of the nation’s civil engineering organizations. Our Welfare Society ensures that all our employees can rest assured in the security of their future, by providing staff development programs, health insurance, student scholarships, house repair donations, wedding and funeral expense reimbursements and staff loans.

From supplying dry rations to areas affected by drought and flood and installing water treatment plants in Anuradhapura and Polonnaruwa, to conducting health and eye camps in the vicinity of our projects, and rebuilding schools damaged by natural disasters, our aim is to support communities during their times of need.

We have been engaged in a long-term CSR project with the Kahapola Pagngnananda Maha Vidyalaya in Piliyandala since 2014 to uplift its infrastructure, sports and education standards with the hope of producing better contributing citizens in Sri Lanka.

We have also begun construction of an outpatient shelter in the vicinity of the Maharagama Cancer Hospital in memory of our founder and Late Chairman, Mr. Norman E. Weerasooria.
