| Readymix Concrete Division |
 The quality management system of our Readymix Plant bears the DNV ISO 9001 Year 2000 certification and is accredited by the RVA Netherlands.
The plant comprises a fully Computerized Batching Plant of 50 m3 per hour capacity, Main office Building, Stores, Workshop capable of handling major Repair work, a fully equipped concrete testing Laboratory with facilities for testing concrete and raw materials used in the manufacture of concrete and manned by highly trained personnel, stacking areas for sand and roofed area for metal with a water spray system, 2 No. Cement silos of total capacity 150 tons, and a rest room for the workmen.

The ICC Hollow Core floor elements are delivered upto 10m lengths and can be laid without any erection support. The internal work can be continued rapidly without being hindered by erection props. Laying pipes and mains directly into the hollows is an advantage.

| Crusher Plant |
 We have four modern crushing plants, capacity ranging from 60 Ton/hr to 140 Ton/hr. the 60 Ton/hr capacity plant is comprised of primary jaw crusher, cone crusher and screen with conveyors. The 100 Ton/hr crushing plant comprises 900 x 600 jaw crusher, 900 cone crusher and 600 cone crusher and a screen conveyors.
The 140 Ton/hr crushing plant consists of 750 x 1050 jaw crusher, 1200 cone crusher, 900 cone crusher and a screen with conveyors. SWEDALA 120 Ton/hr crushing plant consist of jaw crusher, 900 hydro cone crusher, 900 thrushes cone crusher and a screen with conveyors. |

| Asphalt Plant |
 We have two Asphalt Plants with capacities of 60 Ton/hr and 100 Ton/hr. The 60 Ton/hr capacity Asphalt Plant is a British manufactured ACP plant. It is a batch type mixer with four Aggregate Bins. 100 Ton/h Almix Asphalt plant is a tower type, batch type Asphalt plant. |
